Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and payments processed through our booking platform. Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Your safety is our priority. Prior to certain treatments (including IPL, waxing, and skin treatments), you may be asked to complete a health consultation form. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications that may affect your treatment.

LH Skincare reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not safe or suitable for you at the time of your appointment.

While we strive to deliver excellent results, individual outcomes from beauty and skin treatments may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, LH Skincare's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
